Beautiful Day!
It was a great, sunny, warm day and for once I went outside and enjoyed it. In the past I would have looked out the window, smiled at the sun and general beauty before changing the channel and finding a snack. Today we went and walked the dog. I am sure that Sophie will enjoy this new found energy and much as I am . Who knows, maybe this year I'll get a tan!

It is great to get out in the sun. My flower beds are getting me in shape. Yesterday I dug 'til I worked up a real good sweat. You know how much I like to sweat! i do however, like my gardens. Mom
